Jourdan is the CFO of SeedIM. He is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of SeedIM’s financial structure and strategic initiatives. Jourdan is also responsible for presenting and reporting financial information to SeedIM board members and stakeholders.
Jourdan started his professional career in Capital Markets at Citi’s Institutional Client Group. During his tenure at Citi, Jourdan was responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex derivative transactions. This included the management of daily trading activity, supervision of market events, and regulation of control functions related to Equity, Hybrid, and Proprietary derivative products. After six successful years at Citi, Jourdan transitioned to management consulting at Deloitte LLP where he provided strategic, financial, operational, and technological support to clients across the education, financial regulatory reform, economic development, and impact investing sectors.
Motivated by his strong interest in education, community development, and entrepreneurship, Jourdan returned to graduate school to pursue a joint MBA and MA at the University of Michigan. During his time at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Jourdan focused on opportunities to apply his strong technical knowledge, strategic expertise, and passion for economic development to help vulnerable communities and small business entrepreneurs thrive.
After graduate school, Jourdan returned to management consulting at Parthenon-EY, a leading strategic advisory firm that helps emerging growth companies, education organizations, and leading private equity firms tackle their most pressing strategic issues.
Jourdan enjoys hiking, watching sports, and traveling.
